Great Lakes Railcar Umler Services Request and Authorization
The undersigned hereby provides authority for and requests the services of the Great Lakes Railcar (GLR), to upload original registrations and maintain those registrations for rolling stock owned by the undersigned to the national railroad rolling stock registration system Umler under the reporting mark assigned to the undersigned.
The undersigned holds GLR harmless for any inaccuracies that may occur in the upload of rolling stock to Umler under the undersigned's assigned reporting mark.
The communication and validation costs associated with your Umler registration are borne by each individual GLR activity fee. Because the reporting mark used is assigned to the undersigned, you should therefore receive all billings associated with this activity separately. Such billings from Railinc for computer and access time and the file maintenance fees are to be remunerated to Railinc directly.
Direct costs for movement, on-line repairs, or other activities should be billed directly to you and paid directly by you unless an alternative agreement is subsequently reached that voids this agreement.
